If you need to return an item, please contact us at to obtain an RA#.

Items purchased from are eligible for a full refund excluding shipping charges if returned within 10 days after delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. No exceptions.

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.


  • Modified Return Policy: If you return more than $7500 in a 12 month period you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you are subject to the modified policy.

· Damage Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.


Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

  • Shoes: Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.

  • Swimwear: All sales on swimwear are final.
  • Custom Orders: All sales final.

  • Tops and Dresses: Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

1. Please include your packing slip and return form.

2. On the packing slip. Circle the item(s) you are returning. Please indicate the reason(s) for your return.

3. For returns, the original credit card will be credited.

4. Pack your return securely in the original package if possible. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include the following information with your return:

a. Bill-to name; address and phone number; ship-to name; address and phone number; reason for return; and requested exchange of items if applicable.

You will be credited for the cost of the items and applicable taxes. Shipping is non-refundable.

We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as UPS, USPS or FEDEX. is not responsible for any packages or returns not received. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Packages that are returned to Ooh La La or refused by customer will be charged a 10% restocking fee and $10.00 return shipping fee.
